Recently got my 2 bedroom unit almost completely floored by Northern Flooring Solutions, the entire experience was fantastic. Channi was very professional in his work. He managed to install flooring within the timeframe he specified, with great quality workmanship, and was very easy and friendly to deal with. Channi and his colleagues did a great job of our floor for which we are very happy with. First job was the big one of removing old 1980s tiles and cement before a bit of levelling and fitting the new hybrid floor. There were lots of difficult areas to tackle on our floor such as tiles under a sliding door runner, odd corners and nooks in pantry to deal with and one area of floor on a bit of a slope. All in all the team kept me advised throughout and did their best efforts to make it work. We are happy with the end result. Many thanks team.

If you're looking for highly professional, trustworthy and quality work, you can't go past Channi. He assisted us with a complex flooring repair involving multiple different trades. Rather than simply passing the buck when something became the domain of another trade (eg. carpenters, painters) he provided fantastic guidance and helped us navigate a fairly stressful process. He was quick in all communication, flexible with timing, and all around an absolute pleasure to deal with. Furthermore, the pricing was highly competitive and the workmanship of high quality. Overall, my experience with NFS was poor. The cost of my quote went up by $700 over the duration of 3 months due to COVID. Channi verbally said that he would honour the same cost of the product, yet didn't follow through with this. After I received a quote (acknowledging the impacts of COVID to material costs and small businesses), I paid my deposit. I was then told that the product that was quoted for was actually not available and I then had to wait a further 6 weeks for a rescheduled installation date. This in my opinion is poor customer service, as I was not told upfront that the product that was initially quoted for was actually not available.

If you're looking for perfection and professionalism don't look any further. My hybrid flooring needed to be lifted and relaid due to bad installation (DIY). I was very stressed but Channi put my mind at ease and communicated with me all through the process. Channi and his team were very polite ànd considerate of my needs and it was a pleasure to have them in my home. I can't thank you enough Channi, my floors look amazing!!!

Quality product, installed with professional workmanship. Prices are very competitive and they are very punctual for the job. NFS was the only quote that suggested to remove existing tiles rather installing over it, which I realise is the right thing to do, even though it is more work.
